Mail your Image to us

STEP 1: Pay Scanning Charge and Return Postage

Select the service you want us to provide. Type in your instructions for what you would like us to do to your image. Please describe the image if you are ordering multiple images together. Click the link below to pay for the round-trip postage and the scanning fee. We can only scan up to 8.5" x 11" photos.

Step 2: A Ticket is Opened

We open a ticket using a customer service software and inform you we have begun working on your image. If you mailed your photo to us this will take place approx. 7-10 days from the postmark. We return all photos immediately after they are scanned. 

Step 3: Review and Revise

When we have the first draft ready we email you to review and/or approve the file. We guarantee to have the initial work back to you within 72 business hours or your money back. Our services include one revision during our process (you must reply within 48 hours). 

Step 4: Approve and Pay

When you accept the design file and approve our work we then charge your card and close your customer service ticket. If you are dissatisfied with the overall results or quality we will gladly not charge your card.
